  • Why should we choose Nova Homes of South Florida to build our home?
    We won't go into all of the reasons why we think you should build your dream home with us, but here are a few key points. We have been building custom homes in Southwest Florida since 2004. We have a track record, and a proven history of building a quality home, at a tremendous value. We have a number of testimonials you can read on the website. We will be here for many years to come, so you can always count on us. We don't just build beautiful homes, we build relationships.
  • What do you offer that other builders don't offer?
    We offer a 'High Performance' collection of home designs. These homes include features, finishes, and amenities, other builders charge extra for. ​
  • Can we customize your floor plans?
    Yes. All of our home designs can be customized to fit the lifestyles of our homeowners. You can also bring in a floor plan of your own, or our design team can design your dream home from scratch.
  • How long does it take to build a home?
    We dont build cookie-cutter homes. Our homes are customized for each homeowner, so depending upon the extent of the customizing, size of home, weather, and location the time frame for completion varies. We do everything we can do to expedite the process. Our high performance team of professionals are focused on meeting deadlines, and providing a timetable to meet expectations. Build time should begin at time of contract, not after the permitting process. We have made a concerted effort to speed up the permitting process with our experienced team.
  • I already have a lot, can you build on it?"
    Absolutely. Our process includes the clearing and prep of homesites, whether the homeowner has provided their lot, or we find the right lot for a client's new home.
  • Are your homes energy efficient, and will save us money in the long run?"
    We build 'High Performance' healthy homes. Part of a high performance home is of course, energy efficiency, but there are many other factors that qualify a home as efficient, including HVAC and duct system size and placement, roofing materials, interior air quality, durability and resilience, design, flexible living areas, digitally enhanced, and programmable thermostats. All of these elements can save you money, and will make your home easier to sell if and when you decide to place it on the market.
  • Where do you build?
    We build anywhere in Southwest Florida, including Marco Island, Isles of Capri, Naples, Golden Gate Estates, Estero, & Bonita Springs. Our collection of homes, and our custom home design staff will have the perfect home layout for any size homesite or location.
