Frank Arcia
Founder & President
As the Founder of Nova Homes of South Florida, Frank Arcia brings his outstanding work ethic and commitment to each client and project. Growing up in Cuba, his family yearned for a better future with more opportunity. In 1992, Frank arrived in the United States with his wife and young daughter. After working for a prominent construction company in South Florida, Frank yearned to start his own custom home building company. While visiting Naples in 1999, he saw an opportunity in the building industry as Southwest Florida was continuing to grow. He supervised the construction of hundreds of homes in the Naples area, before realizing his dream when Nova Homes of South Florida, Inc. was founded in 2004. Nova Homes has since built over 2,000 homes in Naples, Marco Island, and Golden Gate Estates. He continues to strive for excellence by building quality homes at affordable prices.
