This is the second home we've built and the first time with Nova Homes. What first drew us to Nova Homes was the reasonable price. Although they have a really good selection of plans, this was a custom guesthouse and Frank helped us in design particulars from beginning to end. Regarding the building process, we were really impressed with the workmanship and the management. Frank holds the contractors to high standards and it is notable in the finished product. We love our new "Dream Home" and plan to have Nova Homes build an addition on the main house in the future.

We just moved full time to our house built by Nova Homes in Marco Island right after Hurricane Irma hit. We were delighted to find that we had no damage, no water infiltration and even our pool cage was fully intact! Only minor vegetation loss and one screen blown off!
